Morning all, sorry but I am running in and out again.

Today's number is a whoosh, but I am not getting excited about it as it is all about being dehydrated after too much wine last night! It was my birthday so I am going to let myself off! Went out for Peruvian and shared a healthy cerviche with a not at all healthy tacu tacu with shrimps. ate on plan for breakfast and lunch apart from the cake(!!) but then drank 4 glasses of wine throughout the evening with no water on the table so I am ready to jump back up tomorrow when I am rehydrated. Still good to know I can break 203!

Up a whole pound this morning. The stayed at 1299 in my calories yesterday and worked out for 45 minutes on the stationary and a 15 minute walk away the pounds. The only thing I can't think it may be is too much sodium, or TOM is just around the corner or IDK what. But talk about frustrating.

Nicholsfamily1987: Sodium can definitely get you like that and cause water retention...I'm super sensitive it myself. Hoping whatever is causing it flushes back out ASAP.

Weigh-in was 249.8 today, but I weighed in an hour later than usual so I'm not sure what that will mean for tomorrow. Hoping I don't bounce back up into my sticky 250 range again...getting sick of that number, lol. Only got in 11 servings of water yesterday and only ended up doing a 3 mile walk instead of 5 miles, because it was just too dang cold for me last night...so, hoping to do better on both fronts today. It's supposed to be even chillier tonight, so planning on bundling up even more to stay warm because it just wasn't quite enough for me last night! Haha.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! The scale didn't give me any such love as I am, apparently, up 4lb since yesterday?! I am taking this figure with a pinch of salt and waiting to see what tomorrow says.... TOM around the corner and yes, I was dehydrated yesterday and did finish off my birthday choccie, but I am hopefully this isn't the real figure, although it is only 1.6 up in two quite off plan days so maybe it is for real................ Keeping focused and keeping on it! Lots of water, no salt regime!

Ophelia, I don't envy you walking in the freezing weather, well done for leaving the house at all! I have been getting over 10,000 steps everyday for a while now and was down to 8.200 yesterday. Going to up it again today.

Nancy keep on going and doing it right, you will get that drop as frustrating as it is!

Nicholasfamily, I feel your frustrations, but as long as we keep going, we WILL get there in the end!

Kfunk - lots of us are struggling this month! I hope you manage to stay patient and keep plugging away, your numbers will change for the better in time!

Ronja, good luck for getting back under 100 again, my onederland quest is still a thing of dreams! I think once you have seen it it is easier to believe you will get it back!

Ophelia Thank you!! I went up again today, but I am pretty sure I am ovulating and that would explain it. 3.5 miles is great!! Hopefully it will warm up soon

At this rate...138 isn't going to happen. Switching things up tonight. I have been having a lot of bread in my diet so I pulled it today and i'm adding some chicken tonight. Hopefully I CAN push through this 144-145 crap...it's driving me crazy.

takingcontrol: I would definitely take that number with a large grain of salt and see where it all settles back out after tomorrow. Your scale is just all over the place with you right now trying to sort out the temporary fluctuations...sounds like it needs a good kick, lol.


kfunk6113: Ovulation would explain it for sure. I'm sure it will move back down in a day or two!


nancylmrn: Man, I really hope it breaks through for you soon! Are you at a place where you can try reducing by 200 calories for a few days, or are you already too low to try that? Or, maybe trying a new aerobic exercise that gets your heart rate up even higher, or some kind of HIIT? I'm sure you're doing everything you can already, just trying to see if there's anything we might be able to help you with in figuring out why you're staying stuck. I know sometimes the body just hangs onto a number for awhile before doing a whoosh drop, but I also know it's a frustrating process to wait through.


Nicholsfamily1987: Hopefully limiting the bread will shake things up for you so you can break through...let us know how it goes!

Weigh-in was 248.8 today. Did a little better on the water last night and went ahead and did the 5 miles. It was cold, but I was wearing double layers and it wasn't windy like it was yesterday, so it wasn't so bad. TOM randomly disappeared after a very light start yesterday, so not sure what was up with that? Could be just very light/short this month, or maybe it was a false start. Sorry for the TMI...just hoping it doesn't come back and go crazy on me before the end of my other challenge on the 20th, lol.
