I don't weigh myself everyday, but I'll update this post when I do weigh myself. I'm glad I found this point, last month I crashed the featherweights thread by mistake!

I'm in again, my goal for March is 15 lbs.
Everyone did so well through February and I really enjoy reading about your progress, it's inspiring!
Secondary goal of less complaining when I don't lose, I'm not sure why things are so slow but I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing so time to relax about it I think. I'm losing inches like crazy and really committing to my workouts so need to give myself credit for maintaining calorie goals and working out and be more patient for the scale results. This is a lifestyle commitment and I'm nailing it.

Hi everyone Count me in again, happy to be starting our new month! Congrats again to everyone and wishing you all a successful month.
I have been pondering my goal, was going to do 5 but seeing as I lost 1.5 lbs. last month and my body basically maintained and stabilized the WL thus far....I am currently 182.8 and I like even numbers so I am setting a goal of 6.8 lol. I am thinking once I get out of this plateu, which I am suspecting, there may be some good motion so it ay just be possible. Either way, going to focus on each new day and wishing us all a good and successful day today! Oh oh, I may be losing power, posting! Keep up the great work everyone!

Yay!! I'm so happy to see all of the returners and the newcomers!

I'm surprised by my drop this morning. Yesterday I feel like I ate my weight in frosting! I was testing out a new buttercream recipe and it tasted great. Too great... Still has some kinks to work out but otherwise pretty good. Luckily I don't need it until the end of the month so the temptation has been frozen.
Another surprise today is that my niece went into labor. She's only 32 weeks so that's a little nerve-wracking. But these days that's not as bad as it used to be. They've been trying to stop or slow down her labor but apparently I have a very determined little great nephew coming. The downside is they might not let me visit her since I still have a cold. I'll still go when I get the call and if all else fails I'll hang out in the waiting room with the rest of my family.

I've unintentionally crashed wrong folders before too. Everyone was gracious and let me stay.

Definitely been there done that! Sometimes I'll look at what the new posts are on the right and if I see something that seems to apply to me I just click on it and join the conversation. And then afterwards I realize where it is.

econ nerd: Welcome back! Nice to see you posting again.
nancylmrn, ashori602, and tinneranne2: Welcome!
NightSnacker: That's definitely the right mindset to be in!! Best of luck in March.
Weekend Boater: Hope you didn't end up losing power there at your house, and good luck this month!
LovelyLeah: Congrats on the drop...I feel like I am getting just as excited for you to walk through the gates to Onederland at this point, haha. And, best of luck to your niece as well --- my little guy was born at 32 weeks & 3 days, and you'd never be able to tell he was such a preemie now. I am thankful that medicine has advanced as much as it has, and I'm hoping that if her son comes today or soon, that he is as healthy as can be and that he and your niece will be well taken care of by their medical team! I know how how stressful it is to be in that situation. Sending my thoughts and wishes for strength and quick recoveries for your family!

My weight fluctuated back up a little to 256.8 today, but that was to be expected after such a large whoosh -- I'm not upset about it, because I still kept about half of it!
As for how my day went yesterday, I didn't get in all my water (only 12), and I also didn't get to finish my 4 mile walk, because I only got about 15 minutes out when I noticed that there was some distant lightning and thunder starting to roll in. I tucked back around on a side street to head back home right then, and I am glad I turned around when I did, because I wasn't back inside for more than 2 minutes when a loud crash of thunder hit and the sky immediately opened up with a torrential downpour! I got home JUST in time, lol. There wasn't even a warning sprinkle of rain right before it started coming down in buckets, so if I would have waited just a few more minutes to turn around, I would have been soaked to the bone and stuck walking out under the lightning. The weather in the South is often quite sudden and a little dramatic, lol. That being said, I still got in over 10k steps yesterday overall, because I had a busy day beforehand, so it ended up working out on-plan in the end despite the storm.

OK! So, my first big goal has always been to hit 170 by April 9, as that's opening night for the show I'm in. (After that, I'd like to drop down as far as 150, but I don't have a pressing deadline after the show's closed.) Seeing as how I'm sitting at 180 today, this third day of March, I feel justified in setting my March weight loss goal at 10 pounds to reach that goal. Here's hoping!
I don't officially weigh in every day, so I'll update here every Saturday instead.
Friday, March 3: 180.3
Saturday, March 4: 180.1
Saturday, March 11: 181.4
Saturday, March 18: 176.9
Saturday, March 25: 173.8
Friday, March 31:

Hi everyone Hope everyone has a good new day, TGIF!
Quickie post for now as I have to head to the market. I am down 1.1 so far! Oh that is a n ice incentive for me. I have been working hard to break the plateau and I think the extra activity, workouts, and some meal changes are doing the trick. The near future will tell more.
So currently I am at 181.7, 5.7 lbs to go! Thank goodness, lol!
Okay girls, have a super day and catch up with you all soon.

I'm running out this morning too, but wanted to weigh in quick.
Snowing here as usual and I can't wait to have outdoor exercise daily. Really looking forward to hiking with my new improved fitness level this spring, those great views will be even better if I'm not desperately gasping for air!
Opheliapheonix you live in my dream state, so jealous of your weather!
Have a great weekend everyone.
