Ground breaking month for me, I've now worked out purposefully for 35 days straight, one day was just a walk but every other of those days I did weights and cardio. That's the first time in my life I've ever stuck with a workout goal. I've been very fit in the past through my hobby but we can't all play all the time so this one really feels like a win.
