My new sports bra almost killed me. It had an optional racer back clip on it and since the last time I tried it my straps kept slipping down so I decided to try it. I didn't realize I accidentally had my straps to tight when I hooked it and I couldn't get it undone! It took a lot of work but I finally was able to wriggle my way out of it. Once I adjusted my straps to the loosest setting it was better. I think that alone was more of a workout than my actual one! This bra is still a tad too small for me. The band was too tight so I had to buy the extenders. Even though it was small I got it because it was one of the only ones I could find that a real bra clasp rather than the full elastic which I can never get over my head let alone my boobs. It was also on clearance for 60% off! I figured if I keep up what I'm doing it'll fit soon enough.
Friday was a lighter workout day, I basically just handled the weights a bit and did light cardio. I was just plain tired but I'm content, haven't missed a day since January 23 woohoo!

Tomorrow should be the day I tip half way, which means I am on target, yay!
This month I will continue logging my active minutes as it is a real motivator to move more, walk to work etc. However, the last couple of days I have started home workouts which include on the spot cardio and strength activity which don't get counted so for next month I think I will have two goals, on for steps/life activity and one for actual conscious exercise to spice things up and keep me pushing myself.
Goal: Average of 90 active minutes a day for the month = 2520
Minutes completed: 1161 Minutes to go: 1359
1 - 83 mins
2 - 83 mins
3 - 137 mins
4 - 104 mins

I did a ton of cleaning today. I was pretty active for some of it but also a lot of sitting on the floor organizing. I have two massive bags for Goodwill, two for the trash, and another to hopefully sell at Clothes Mentor but if not they'll just go into the Goodwill bags. Just lifting the bags are a workout! My husband and I moved into our apartment nearly a year ago and there were tons of clothes bags I never touched. I figured if I didn't miss them this whole year then I don't need them cluttering my closet. There were only a few things I kept and that was because they were formal items that I would use often anyways.
Total Minutes: 545/850 2/1 - 20 2/2 - 81 2/3 - 99 2/4 - 35 2/5 - 0 2/6 - 0 2/7 - 35 2/8 - Chiropractor day 2/9 - 35 2/10 - 0 2/11 - 240? I don't know how to measure cleaning

Hi Ladies finally coming in to catch up posting. Congrats to everyone on their programs, almost halfway through the month! Joy I am so happy to be in here again, it really is helping me tremendously, tyty again! Hope your having a great weekend and that you all are!
As for me, not too much formal exercise this week but lot's of activity and cleaning. Although my goal is in minutes, I sometimes log my steps just to keep track and see progress at print out at months end.
Something wrong with my pc and I can't copy and paste so I will do from here forward.
I am fighting working out hardcore! I have my workout clothes on. The workout room is probably less than 100 yards from my apartment. And yet I'm still fighting it like a 3 year old who doesn't want to get ready to leave the house. I don't know why. I always feel better once I get going...
The above post gave my the push and the accountability to get myself over the gym. After all that I wanted to be able to come back on here and said I did it. I also think I figured out my knee pain. I think it's the shoes I've been wearing. I felt fine all morning and afternoon but once I put them on my knee pain came back. I do have an older pair of running shoes I can try. I used them for one day about 2 weeks ago and I got a bad blister so I went back to my other ones. I think now that the blister has healed I should try them again tomorrow. I don't really have the money to go out and buy a new pair of shoes. Running shoes are so pricey and I need ones that give me good support.
