Thank you, everyone ! Farn0057: Not much really...mostly just taking a 4 mile walk every evening, keeping my calories around the 1200 mark (1600 is my current limit) , and drinking lots of water.

Opheliaphoenix: that sounds like a great plan you have!!! I've started to run too! Not a lot, but my longer term goal (probably in a few years) is to attempt a marathon! I figure starting now with little jogs will help me get there!
