I did my elliptical this morning, then cleaned the house. I had wanted to go for a walk after my cleaning, since it was a bright, sunny day...but by the time I finished cleaning, my head was pounding. So, two Tylenol and a nap replaced my walk...not exactly high calorie burners! On the plus side, I did do my daily 30 minutes, so I'm still on plan.
