It is a gorgeous day today where I am, so I went for a long power walk, a little over an hour. I live in an area that has lots of hills and valleys. Love the valleys...not too crazy about the hills. I've been inside most of the winter, so it was terrific to get outside again. Hurry up Spring!
Going to need to revamp my goals. Instead of putting specific workouts, I'm going to switch to focus on how much time (knowing I've put my all into the workouts). I'm going to aim for the equivalent of 3 hrs weekly (for a total of 775.00) for the Month. I'm already 180 minutes in.
Changed the goal for tet. I really like setting a goal in minutes per month because it gives me so much flexibility to handle life around my workouts.

I too prefer goals based on minutes. That way I can do what I want to do on any given day, whether it's an outdoor walk, my elliptical, bike, etc. I can handle doing what appeals to me. I'm not so good at doing what I'm "supposed" to do!

It's been a busy week for me at work and all the dang flooding!!
No real weight loss, but I am moving more, which is a plus! 5 days of over 10K steps and 2 more days of exercise.

Gorgeous day today, so outside I went...but I didn't last long since my new running shoes started to hurt my feet. Apparently, I need to break them in!
