I am back down to my low of 167! :yay: Now if I can't just keep going! I've been stalled for a couple of months and I'm hoping this month the scale will actually start moving down again instead of going around in circles! :crossed:

This morning I looked up what my ideal weight is, not just for my BMI but for my height and frame (because despite getting into the 200's, I am not big-boned. I have a medium frame), and it's 132-147 lbs (and because I weighed that for years, I know that's right). So I went from being 2.5 lbs overweight to 20 lbs overweight, lickety-split!
