This is already not looking up for me. I did really well all last week, but skipped the gym Monday to rest and things got too busy yesterday, which means I'd have to go another straight 5 days in a row this week to make goal and that's not likely. Oh well! I'll get there when I can!

Yay, HereIStand ! Two 5Ks in November is a terrific accomplishment. How did the second one go? Good for you for having a goal to continue running. That's tricky for a lot of people to keep up the training after the event.

I didn't quite make my goal of finishing in under 30 minutes, but I did win first place in my division! I completed it in 30:19. So I still have that goal to strive for in my next 5K, which will be the Saturday after Thanksgiving - gotta burn off some of that meal.
