    3. Run a 5K on Nov. 21. Goal 3 met!
    4. After C25K is complete, begin running 4 days/week. Goal 4 met!

    I ran an additional 5K yesterday (won my age group again!), so I would call this a successful month for my exercise goals. Didn't quite meet all my weight loss goals (see other thread), but overall, I'm happy with how exercise is helping me maintain a good weight.

    I switched from keeping track of time to keeping track of laps. (I swim for exercise.) I'm getting better and better at swimming!
  • Well... I didn't totally fail, but I didn't achieve my goal either, but I think I have learned what I need to do, so ready to get after it in Dec. I did fine with cardio, need to get a routine with the other stuff.
