I ran an additional 5K yesterday (won my age group again!), so I would call this a successful month for my exercise goals. Didn't quite meet all my weight loss goals (see other thread), but overall, I'm happy with how exercise is helping me maintain a good weight.

Well... I didn't totally fail, but I didn't achieve my goal either, but I think I have learned what I need to do, so ready to get after it in Dec. I did fine with cardio, need to get a routine with the other stuff.
