I am actually really proud of myself for not feeling the need to weigh myself every day. I try to make good choices every day and then weigh myself every so often to see how it's going. I'm trying to focus on better decisions without worrying about what the scale is doing.
I probably won't reach my goal (as AF) arrived and timing of that and stall outs and ovulation weight gain is going to affect me for the latter part of this month. But. The scale is still going in the right direction and that's all that matters. I remember youuu from our old threads, you are the gal that started the idea of coloring in red when we reach our goals yes?? OMG it is soooooo good to see you! :hug: I couldn't find my old pass and have been MIA for a looong time, I was fullsteamahead....I see you're just as encouraging as ever! smile......it's good to see you and good to back! I joined the Christmas challenge and my goal is to lose a minimum of 22 lbs. by then but would love to join here as well. I will just post my chart and continue to do so in the future monthly threads until Christmas and then take it from there. Happy to be aboard ladies and keep up the good work:) Oh, I am starting the South Beach diet tomorrow and plan to do it for 2 weeks (phase 1) and then take it from there, one step at a time for me..if anyone would like to join me please feel free to do!
