GW: 157.0 lbs Total to Lose: -5.6 lbs 10/01 - 162.6 lbs 10/02 - 161.8 lbs (-0.8) 10/03 - 160.6 lbs (-2.0) 10/04 - 160.4 lbs (-2.2) Almost in the 150s :) :) 10/05 - 161.6 lbs (-1.0) Late dinner with salty ham and loads of exercise yesterday.....hope its just water retention. 10/06 - 161.6 lbs (-1.0) checked my calendar and TOM is due to arrive Thu/Fri 10/07 - 161.6 lbs (-1.0) I'm stuck. 10/08 - 161.6 lbs (-1.0) 10/09 - 162.4 lbs (-0.2) TOM day 1 10/10 - 162.0 lbs (-0.6) TOM day 2, going back down 10/11 - did not weigh, TOM day 3 10/12 - 162.2 lbs (-0.4) TOM day 4, almost six hours in car yesterday....Now I'm in Puffytown. 10/13 - 161.8 lbs (-0.8) TOM day 5, will it ever go away? 10/14 - 161.0 lbs (-1.6) finally going back down 10/15 - 160.0 lbs (-2.6) Yeah! 10/16 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) 2.6 pounds to go this month:) 10/17 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) holding steady for the weekend 10/18 - 159.4 lbs (-3.2) 10/19 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8) 7:30 pm dinner. then bed at 9:30 pm.......not good 10/20 - I forgot to weigh this morning! I was so tired that I showered, dressed, etc., etc., then remembered as it was almost time to leave for work. 10/21 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8) Sigh.....was hoping for a little movement on the scale 10/22 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) It's moving in the right direction finally. 10/23 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) I see more exercise in my future . . . 10/24 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) at least it's not going up 10/25 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8) 10/26 - DNW on purpose.....late dinner last night and I feel "puffy" |

The Cuba trip was wonderful! It's a beautiful country with colorful buildings, splendid landscapes, and friendly people.
