Hi Ladies, I hope everyone had a nice weekend. I was completely off plan for Saturday nights dinner but went right to it sunday and did well through the luncheon and temptations. The past 2 days have gone well and I am feeling less carb cravings now and enjoying my protein and vegetables. Just taking it day by day and focusing on each day.
GettinFit, HereIStand, and lovemylife Congratulations on making goalll :carrot::cheer2::cheer2::cheer3::congrat: Congrats to everyone else as well, those numbers are looking good :carrot: Jacqui hi there..smile, yay on that carb water dropping off! :) Would you do me a favor when you get the chance? I am in the Christmas challenge but would like to be involved here as well and will adjust my weigh-ins for here and I think breaking it up into smaller monthly segments would be very helpful (plus of course I love it here, lol) sooo with that being said could you please put me down for an 8 lb. loss this month? PrairieQueen We lit our first fire the other day too! lol it was so nice and my dad just loved it when they came for lunch. Cozy and warm indeed! :) I best go check on DH, he is home sick again today..I hate to see that guy not feeling well, at least he is resting on the couch. Oh, someone said something about a "cowardly goal" but I can't see the nick in the posts here now, I don't feel at all it is cowardly. I think just the fact that you have a goal and are working towards it and are here means so much! Keep at it, :) as the ladies say "slow and steady wins the race".
