    Another big month for me. I'm used to losing so slowly that this movement on the scale has me thinking maybe it's too fast! But 2.6lbs in two weeks is not CRAZY, just a little quicker than I've been used to the last year. But I'll take it I just need to keep eating well, keep walking for exercise. It looks like I'll make my goal well before Christmas. Which is good, because I decided I won't be weighing while I'm travelling so I want to be confident in my progress. I realize I'll come home a bit heavier than I left, but that's okay. Anyway, just my thoughts this morning. Have a good week, everyone!

    Having the usual fluctuations. I also ate quite a lot on Monday-- I don't know, I was just feeling hungry and ate all the tuna salad I made that I meant to save for the next day's lunch. If I'm hungry, gotta eat I'm checking in today as a reminder to myself to be mindful when I go for pizza for lunch today. I've been craving meat the last couple days so I'm gong to swing by the store as well today and pick up something to make tonight to satisfy that. I'll also pick up good foods to last through the weekend.

    Trending up the last few days. In fact, I'm right back at my starting weight! I'll wait and see how this plays out. I'm thinking over my food choices and *maybe* I've eaten heavier. Maybe more important, I realize haven't been walking. That seems to be my magic ingredient. Between the weather and my schedule...I'll have to figure something out. Have a great weekend, everyone.

    Down today. I was thinking about that high number alongside what I've eaten this week. I haven't recorded what I eat for a long time-- it's difficult to remember! I do know I've had a good bit of meat, unusual for me, including lunch meat. Maybe that was affecting the scale? Eh. Just going to keep on keeping on. I got in a nice walk in the mild weather yesterday and hope to do the same today.
