Working in town today so going to eat something to keep me from having to go to a restaurant til later on. Most of my calories come from when I am in town working and eat in restaurants. 10/2 - 165.1 10/3 - 164.8 10/4 - 164.8 VERY SLOW!!! GW - 159 Well, just ate a too big breakfast...10 points.:devil: Well, yogurt for lunch then, and then out to dinner with hubby. I have not gone over points all week so that I can enjoy a few of the Oktoberfest beers. And, I am going to go and workout in the living room in a few minutes. I think I hear Turbo Jam calling me. The weather here changed by about 20 degrees yesterday. I had to pull my jeans out that I last wore in April. NOT GOOD! If I don't breathe I should be okay. calories yesterday 2253 That cup of rice for breakfast yesterday did not keep me from getting hungry, ate 3 fish tacos and medium cup of jamaica for lunch. Then stopped at grocery store and bought a bag of citrines (look like tangerines, about the same size but seedless) The fish tacos and jamaica I calculated in at 900 of those calories and I started eating those citrines while playing spades online, ate one after the other, they are DELICIOUS !! 350 more of those calories belonged to those tiny things :lol: Breakfast today :coffee: B F R Boating Mommy, I am going to try to stay out of range during this cooler weather just in case :D |
