Marina, I really hate that you have those migrains and really wish I could offer some help on that, but can't. But you certainly have my empathy. Weight this morning 213.4 Calories yesterday 2037 So I went back to that authentic mexican food place to have a few more super tasty fish tacos, not that 5 of them like yesterday.. Gonna only eat 3 :hungry: with a glass of water. Yeah ! And I walked out of there 4 fish tacos and a medium sized jamica drink later... :crazy: Sigh B F R |

Beat my goal of 10# for October by 7#! 17# in October- not starving, indulging when the cravings were REAL and not satisfied by other options, and exercising. Yay! Setting another 10 for November which will put me UNDER 300!!!
