Up .6 this morning (247.6). Not surprised. After some new exercises in water aerobics, and more reps of some of the old one, my muscles are SCREAMING! The bodies way of helping heal them is to pad them with extra fluid. It will come off eventually. In the meantime I plan to be losing some fat!
I'm still shooting for as close to 244.0 as possible! Did I mention I am going out for Japanese today? I'll gain 3 pounds from the sodium! Maybe I shouldn't weigh until next Friday. LOL! |

I understand ya needing to eat being as it was 2 in the afternoon and only 440 calories so far. So ya ate some tuna fish salad from the frig, 7 1/2 oz @ 31 cal an OZ... 232 calories. Sounds good.... BUT!! dang it... ya chose something that tasted like an appetizer and was not filling whatsoever.... THEN... instead of eating something to put some bulk in there ya took off to town. And had to stop for gas on the way with that hunger in ya. And nothing in that place but JUNK food. So whatcha pick out to try to take care of it.... Danged big bag of cashews that were sitting there tantalizingly tasty looking. Choice, those or stop somewhere and grab a taco or something... and ya dumb butt ya went for the cashews just because you thought you could eat just enough and stop. HA HA HA :rofl: Well... some 1800 calories and an empty bag... YEAH RIGHT When will ya learn dang it??? BFR I love cashews! Have you ever had the cashew fruit or only the nuts? The fruit is delicious but i don't know if you have it there...

Down to 278.2 today... 3.2 pounds to get to my goal for the month. It's possible, I suppose, but probably a stretch. We'll see what happens.

Marina, Congrats on making goal twice. That means you can be twice as happy about it.....at least that's what I tell myself. I think there is a Christmas challenge. I'll check and post the link if there is one.
The Japanese (BFR, I see you posted before I caught and corrected my mistake, LOL) was yummy but I think mine tastes better at home. Oh well, it was a family members B-Day and I wanted to celebrate too! I missed in my prediction.......I was only up 2 pounds. 249.6 this morning. That is 2.6 from my lowest weight so far and I intend to get back to that and pass it up by Friday! I won't be making my goal but I think I have done ok this month, especially since I was out of exercise for over 2 weeks. Hoping that the scales are kind in a few hours and that I don't cry when I type in my Halloween weight in the Halloween Challenge that I am in! |

Jb1975: Asian food (at least as it's prepped in the US) causes strange and amazing scale results in my experience. Drink lots of water and give it a few days -- you'll get good news!
