Sally Pineapple I know that feeling! I've had months in which i had no loss, only maintained my weight. It's tough and can be discouraging, but eventually you go back to losing if you don't give up.
Jb1975 OMG, what are those people thinking? Do they have no empathy whatsoever? From what i understood they either don't realize how much weight you've lost or don't want to aknowledge it. Your MIL sounds awful! I'd avoid being around her as much as possible! Oh, and just so you don't feel alone, this tuesday a friend of mine complimented me on losing "around 2 kilos (4.4lbs)". I've lost 49.1 lbs (22.3 kg).

Lots of supportive people going through the same thing you are. BFR: I know what a terrible feeling it is to eat something (bagel crisis) that should seemingly keep us satisfied for more than 15 minutes, only to find out that we're just as hungry before we started. BTW I quit smoking on Dec 10, 2002 at 9 PM and every year at that time I am still insufferably pleased with myself.

As for my MIL, she can be really good.....but it's usually were my husband and her grandchildren are concerned. Oh well, after over 10 years I guess I should be use to it.
Had a high sodium supper and not enough water today.....well, yesterday. Not wanting to look on the scales tomorrow...er, later.... to see what that and TOM have done to the numbers!

Woke up feeling lousy today... some personal problems are generating a lot of angst. I feel absolutely no hunger, which is quite unusual as i'll often eat whatever is in front of me when i'm feeling that bad. Well, maybe the dreaded binge monster will try to make an apearance later, so i'll be watching out for that.

JB MIL's can be the most wonderful and challenging I got scolded today for not telling mine I had to go for a follow up mammogram, I was told nothing to worry about, so I just worried about it myself...turned out fine, but was surprised at the scolding, I mean, I didn't want to make anyone worry needlessly...
The binge monster didn't show up, but I did overeat. I had a small lunch with a green juice as i wasn't very hungry. In the middle of the afternoon we had a delicious coffe break filled with pastries and baked goods. I ate more than i should, but that's fine. When i got home my MIL had bought some italian biscuits and i had a few and also a huge mug full of ice cream and chocolate fudge. The ice cream and fudge were the overeating moment of the day, but not an actual binge. I'm going to exercise a bit more and that's it. I think it was a great day considering i have guests at home and am dealing with some problems. I'd have had a huuuuuuge binge in the past!

Darius, I think you are doing fine. Up 4 lbs in the middle of the month, and if you are eating right, which I believe ya are, you will still have a weight loss and it WILL come. If ya did overeat for a few days it will not be more than a lb of gain and you still have a big drop coming Hang in there gal
Is that agressive enough, BFR? Lol..... Binge monster just tried to do some damage! Guests and DP went to sleep and thoughts of eating a huge bowl of funghi pasta with tons of parmesan cheese with a glass of wine and them one more huuuuuge cup of ice cream with fudge crossed my mind. Not having any of this, not even the wine
Despite TOM inflation, I've caught myself feeling pretty skinny the last couple days. This morning I took measurements and I'd pretty much lost .5 inch in each spot
