Glad you liked the Beck book recommendation, BFR. Judith Beck wrote two books on the topic: The Beck Diet Solution (pink cover) and The Complete Beck Diet for Life (green cover). I like the green one better, but others prefer the skill-a-day style of the pink one.
Still dropping the bloat but I'm having to miss my aerobics class all week. Hoping to be able to get some walking/jogging time in though. CRAZY schedule this week!

Jb1975 Oh, i hate it when i can't exercise! You can either accept that you'll lose slower or lower your cals. I usually just lose slower...
