I think I lost 7kgs this month, more than I expected, usually losing around 4kgs a month.
89.9kg or 198 lbs.

I didn't make goal this month (but I mean, have I ever? :p) but I ended it 1,5kg lighter than I started it. Woohoo. Also, my non-weight related goals were to run 13+k, and I ran 17k and ran/walked 21k. Success!

I have been sick all week. I think I am carrying a lot of bloat. I have not eaten that much, but I have been drinking a ton of crap :( Incl. pop :( :(

I did not even get close to my goal. I was close and then this illness happened (ear infection/fever). I hate being sick. -- It started Monday when all I wanted to do was sleep. I slept till 11:30 that morning, I had to force myself out of bed on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. But each night I was in bed super early. Yesterday I slept in till 11, had lunch with a gf, went back to bed for another 4 hrs...I had to get up to do something w/DD for a few hours, and was utterly exhausted. And even though I slept all day, I ended up sleeping all night.

I think I am finally starting to feel better. So I totally wasted my entire week :( No weight loss, no exercise.

Well, I still lost weight. And that is all that matters!

I actually surpassed my goal for this month. It shocked me how quickly in the past couple days of where I am now. But, I'm cool with the final outcome for the month.

no goal for me, and a poor final week to boot! I've still been gaining muscle, so 148 today is a lot different from 148 six months ago (i'm a lot more lean now), but i have to get to the finish line with this excess fat! I have a good feeling about March. Tonight I'm starting a fitness boot camp at my gym called the "Equinox Training Camp" that should be lots of work and lots of fun too....

February 20: 182.2 (-1.2 lbs.) Weighing in early. Expecting TOM and will be out of town beginning tomorrow through the weekend and am expecting a spike up. This may be the lowest I get this week so I HAVE to log it !
February 28: 183.6 (+1.4 lbs.) Well, I knew this would be a rough rebound week with the travel and TOM. Admittedly, my eating could have been much cleaner. Still, I lost, and I'm grateful. Onward and upward. Here's to March!
