starting weight 2/1/14 212.4
Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories. Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm. Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today. Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea FEb 5: 209.2 no food after 7 pm. Had black tea. Feb 6: 208.2 no food after 7. Water only. Feb7: 208.0 ate food until 8pm but will be sleeping later so should get my 11 hr fast. Ate my exercise calories. We will see in the am what doing it did. Feb 8 207.2 ate until 8:30 but will sleep later again. Feb 9 207.2, No foods after 6pm and possibly shy on water. Feb 10: 207.6 exercise class night. Ate late. Won't have breakfast until 9am. Water up to date. Feb 11: 206.8 no food after 7 pm. Feb 12: 209.4 ugh please let it be TOM! Feb 13: ??? 206.4 weird maybe sodium Feb14: 208.4 ate after 7pm but will be sleeping later in am. Feb 15: 207.8. Will update last food later. Feb16: 207.8 Feb 17: 210. Was a total slug yesterday. Feb 18 208.8 ate after 7pm fail Feb 19 209.2 ate after 7pm. Ugh double fail. Must get act together. Feb 20: 210 ate after 7pm smh Feb 21: 210.6 :frypan: idiot! Feb 22: 208.8 ? later weigh in maybe. Oh and no food after 7pm. Feb 23: 208.2 over calories but good exercise. No food after 7pm. feb 24: 208.4 Totally not getting an 11 hour fast in. Soooo hungry after exercise class tonight. Feb25: 209.2 will update eating status after. Feb26:back up to 210 hope it is sodium. Feb 27:209.4 Feb 28: 209.2 Going to be positive about the fact that I am trying and am at a 3.2lb loss for the month and 4.2 lb. for the year. For the most part I did not eat after 7pm or had a 11 hour fast depending on the day and when breakfast was. This upcoming month I am going to try hard to get at 7hrs of sleep a night and keep the 11 hour fast going. I am looking at having a personal trainer. Hoping that will help get me on track with weightlifting/diet. Can't decide if I want to spend only 175 dollars for 5 exercise sessions or pay 400 dollars for a 12 week training and nutrition program. Decisions, decisions. |

Setting a similar goal for March. 1.75 pounds a week maybe, since it's getting harder as I lose more. I am going on a retreat for the weekend so for the next three days, all bets are off. :dancer: I am going to try REALLY HARD to stay on plan. I am bringing all my own foods to supplement the healthy (but carb-loaded) vegetarian food they have at the conference center. Even bringing some of my chocoperfection candy bars for desserts! This month has been a real struggle. I started off well, lost my way over valentines weekend, then away last weekend with family, so just atarying to claw back the gain. No turning red for me this month.
Need to get back into my posting. Seems to help keep be in the right mindset. Feb 1 - 159.6 - sodium bump up (5.2 lbs! one day ) Feb 2 - 160.5 - TOM, not drinking enough water, only 16 oz. yesterday Feb 3 - 161.7 - ready for an OP day Feb 4 - 158.2 - lose that bloat! Feb 5 - 157.2 Feb 6 - 157.3 Feb 7 - 156.6 - down from yesterday but up 2.2 for weekly WI, dang superbowl... Feb 8 - 157.3 - can't complain about that after Chinese yesterday Feb 9 - 159.4 - pizza night last night Feb 10 - 154.9 - thanks whoosh fairy!! Feb 11 - 156.4 - still down from last week...on track for a good WI Fri. Feb 12 - 154.8 - on track! Feb 13 - 155.1 Feb 14 - 153.8 weekly WI - down 2.6, got off my Super Bowl gain finally...whew, now I'm thinking I could still maybe make goal Feb 15 - 156.1 Feb 16 - 159.3 Feb 17 - 158.1 - oh the weekend blues hit hard on Monday...back to work, at least I didn't pop back into the 160s, have to look at the positives!
