Feeling good about slow but sure progress this week. Time to make a plan for the upcoming long weekend (Monday off in Ontario) which includes a Friday night Valentine dinner!!

This is not surprising, but it is interesting how consistent it has been for the last 2 weeks... |

Hello everyone it is Friday weigh-in day. I worked all week to get back to basically where I was last Friday, following an off-plan weekend.

Woodstock and Darius - I am glad (okay, not glad)...feel comforted to know that I am not the only one who has had to kick butt all week to make up for bad weekend choices. I just wish weekend eating didn't count...life would be so much easier! And here the weekend is again...I REALLY want to be good this weekend, and not blow it...good luck you two, too!

Feb 1 - 159.6 - sodium bump up (5.2 lbs! one day ) Feb 2 - 160.5 - TOM, not drinking enough water, only 16 oz. yesterday Feb 3 - 161.7 - ready for an OP day Feb 4 - 158.2 - lose that bloat! Feb 5 - 157.2 Feb 6 - 157.3 Feb 7 - 156.6 - down from yesterday but up 2.2 for weekly WI, dang superbowl... Feb 8 - 157.3 - can't complain about that after Chinese yesterday Feb 9 - 159.4 - pizza night last night Feb 10 - 154.9 - thanks whoosh fairy!! Feb 11 - 156.4 - still down from last week...on track for a good WI Fri. Feb 12 - 154.8 - on track! Feb 13 - 155.1 Feb 14 - 153.8 weekly WI - down 2.6, got off my Super Bowl gain finally...whew, now I'm thinking I could still maybe make goal Feb 28 - 151 Hope everyone has a great weekend, works much better for me to get back on track Sunday rather than Monday.
