Jacque, 183 and Darius - thanks for your kind words - I'm home alone at the moment as my other half is on business in the states. So nice to feel looked after by my online friends! Love this forum.
Well went out for dinner, had a burger and shared a brownie. Didn't weigh myself today and thought it was cruel to weigh in this evening... Would just make me feel rubbish. So going to pay for it tomorrow though! Need some more visits from will power again.
Will attempt some gentle insanity (ha!!) in the morning-swapping my workouts for a recovery session to ease me in.

good morning everyone,
I'm about to head out for a choir weekend. I'm not too happy at the moment, because it steals so much of my time, and because I don't have control over the food served there. So, I'll be going for portion control I doubt main meals will be too much of an issue, more the snacking and wine part. But I'll be fine And because of my good intentions, I measured an packed my usual breakfast of cereal But yeah, should be fun!
I won't be weighing in tomorrow, but I'll be back Monday.
Everybody have a great weekend!!

YAY Jacqui_D for making goal!!!! You have done a fabulous job this month and we still have a week to go!! I was giggling while I read your post about the smiley face addiction too. I too suffer from the same disease! I have had many a friend tell me that they expect smilies in about 80% of my texts to them. It makes them happy and me too! Smile away!!

Yesterday was cheat day, and I really am disgusted by the foods I ate. I could have had pasta and fruit and yogurt since I can't have those yummy foods on the other 6 days, but no, I had candy and chips and pie and a fast food sandwich. Even on cheat day, junky food cannot substitute for real meals and real food! I don't know what got into me! Lesson learned. Ugh. I do hope my weight drops some by Thanksgiving which I'm going to be substituting for next Saturday's cheat day. I'd hate to jump back up into the 180's because of the unsatisfying cheat day I had yesterday. For Thanksgiving dinner, I don't might so much, lol, but not for yesterday's fare!

Boatingmommy, you're getting so close to goal!
BFR, woohoo! Keep going!
Minneey, how are you feeling?! Are you moving around any more easily?
183, I hope you've had a great time on your choir weekend! :
S2BSCarma, yay on the weight you've lost so far!
Cincorn, congrats on making (smashing) goal!
Kelijpa, that little bit will come right back off! Just keep going! You're doing great!
Hi Sandyangiollo! Under 1000 calories for your height might be a little too low. It will seem fine as you take off the beginning water weight in the first couple of weeks, but as you start burning fat, your body may battle against you because it will think you are starving. You might do better with a range of 1200-1500 calories. (And you'll feel more satisfied too--bonus!) Whichever way you choose to do it, good luck!
Amanda, thanks, lol! Look at you! You are so close to goal!
Turtle, I hope you enjoyed the b-day party!

I'm still here in spite of a night out last night -- same people, same restaurant, as the meal that started my slide a couple of weeks ago. I did better last night. Less wine, anyway, and more motivated to get right back to it this morning. Still not weighing myself, but I have my head in the game!

DNW today, spent all night up with baby nephew who's just come over from Australia, aged 10 weeks. Lovely to host the family but a jet lagged baby does not make for much sleep!! So in a complete daze today. Hoping tomorrow will be kind to me weight wise.
Haven't been able to exercise much this weekend, still got sore ribs-think they might be cracked but hoping just bad bruising. Seems I can just about manage a slow work out, but alas no push ups for me! Lol!
