I binged earlier this week and I am lucky to be posting a loss at all.
But I am losing again and had a good feeling when I got up this morning.

I had a nasty fall off my bike this evening and have bruised my ribs and have a nice purple leg coming out. My cat keeps climbing on my leg and it is sore sore sore. Can safely say there will be no workout tomorrow morning, so will have to be extra disciplined this weekend. I love cycling to work - very very glad I wear a helmet though!

good morning everyone
I did the Mark Lauren video last night, the strength workout. It's hard, but I was able to modify the exercises I couldn't do. I'll keep at it and soon I will though What I really liked about it was that he starts breathing hard during the exercises and is sweating and takes water breaks - whereas most other videos the girls always look perfect and happy and fly through everything. So that was nice. I want to run today, so I hope it stops raining at some point.

Yeah, unfortunately there is the good, fun kind of library and the bad, serious one at school. Well, it helps me put my butt down and stay focused for longer, so that's why I go. Don't enjoy it too much though

You're so smart to wear a helmet. I remember a story in the paper maybe 20 years ago in Virginia Beach VA - where I used to live - a woman was riding her bike without a helmet in her neighborhood - a pickup truck tapped her, and she went down. Not a hard hit, just knocked her over. She hit her head on the curb and died right there on the spot. What a tragedy. I wouldn't pedal 10 feet without a helmet. It won't save us in every eventuality, but it will help in cases like that.
