Nothing for me today. I'm in the midst of my fall cleaning, which is how I spent virtually my entire day. Between cleaning and errands, I ran out of time to exercise...although I was on my feet all day and I'm pooped, but none of that counts. I'll update my totals tomorrow after my regular workout.

My right knee has been hurting lately.... I'm guessing its from the running, just because thats the only new thing to my workout.

I'm concerned I may not make my goal this month. As the weather turns colder, I'm just having a harder time. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalsia, so it's becoming more difficult. I like the path walking, but I do not like stepping as an alternative. I thought it would be a good idea for when I couldn't walk outside but it hurts my hips, so I don't know. We'll see how the rest of the month goes!
