I'm new here and would love to join in so that I stay motivated. I've been following this routine for 2 weeks now and want to continue, so these are my goals for October. Walk during my AM & PM break at work 30 minute circuit - 3x week Treadmill - 5x week Visit the gym on Saturdays October: 01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill 02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 |

GOAL: 620 minutes walking and/or stepping
10/1: 40 minutes walking/ 5 minutes stepping/ 45 minutes completed 10/2: 20 minutes walking/ 85 minutes completed 10/3: I'm not counting this toward exercise but I was helping a friend move today and I was on my feet for hours, up and down stairs, out to the truck and back, carrying boxes and totes and furniture. That is the reason I did not walk or step today. My feet are aching, lol! |
Yay! I met today's goal!
October: 01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill 02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done 03: Walked during AM & PM break despite a horrible wind. I went to the gym after work and walked 2.01 miles on the treadmill (40 minutes 53 seconds), then as an extra did 2 minutes on the elliptical. That thing is trying to kill me! LOL |

Today I so did not feel like walking or going to the gym, but I did it anyway.
October: 01: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.53 miles on treadmill 02: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.35 miles on treadmill, 30 minute circuit done 03: Walked during AM & PM break, 2.01 miles on the treadmill (40 minutes 53 seconds), then as an extra did 2 minutes on the elliptical 04: Walked during AM & PM break, 1.4 miles on the treadmill (28m 13s), 30 minute circuit |
