  • Today's workout was really tough mentally at least to get started. I was exhausted and completely unmotivated. However, I knew if I didn't do it I'd miss out on my goal so this challenge was exactly what I needed to motivate me! I did skip out on the warm up which I don't find very useful as I thought I'd fall asleep doing it.
