  • My goal for September is to go from little to no exercise to 300 minutes per week. I have knee and ankle issues so I'm ramping up slowly.

    I am hoping to get to the point where I am completing three one hour sessions at the gym each week with 30 minutes of walking on the other days.

    Week One: 143 minutes (two gym sessions, one walking session)
    Week Two: 324 minutes (two gym sessions, one yoga session, three walking sessions)
    Week Three: 303 minutes (three gym sessions and two walking sessions. Art fair all day Saturday and Sunday so no chance to exercise.)
    Week Four: 200 minutes (three gym sessions, two that were cut short, one hiking session). It was a tough week mentally, physically, and emotionally so although I didn't make my goal, I still feel good having exercised as much as I was capable. Here's hoping October goes better!
