I saw the elusive 180s this morning, just barely with a 189.4. It's going to be sad to still see it flucuate back up to the 190s but I'm still going strong OP. That's a 6 pound loss for September and 10 pounds to my first goal. It was awesome back in the day when I could actually lose 2 pounds per week. lol
I'm so behind, I just figured out it was October. These month changes seem to sneak up on me. I haven't spent much time online this past week. I got sick, then recovered then tried to spend time with Hubby before he left. So nothing exciting happening anyway. I'm working on Fall cleaning and knitting a sweater vest for myself. I did a little yard work on Saturday and made the muscles in my back mad again. I'm one of those people who don't get sore right away so I never know when I've overdone it. I really need to start lifting weights again. I said that the last time I hurt my back, but I really mean it this time, LOL. Yesterday, I got a workout DVD set in the mail that I pre-ordered months ago, so I'm excited to try those. Hopefully that will get me back to exercising.
My back is doing much better, In order to baby my back I've been using my legs more {um, like I'm supposed too} so my quads are sore, too, now. Always something.
Have to log a day early since I'm heading out of town for a wedding (will probably do some serious damage to my diet this week, boo)

I'm so close to my Halloween goal (300) I can taste it! It's been a very stressful week (got a job, fought with my bf, got an apartment, decided to share said apartment with bf, etc) and all I've wanted to do was EAT! Hopefully I won't gain this next week...
I keep waking up and seeing the 180s on the scale: 188.8. So I think it's for real. Yay! I leave for 10 days of travel/vacation next week. I'm hoping all the walking and fresh Belize foods will keep me on track.
