Penquin - actually have you down for a loss your original weight was 245 so you loss 1.6. Hope you feel better soon.

tuscany- I reposted your weight I remember now you said you were in Italy and then u.k planning your dd wedding. Post when you can.

I had a great week. I buckled down on my "sneaky bites" when I'm feeding my son and I worked on upping my water intake. Best weight loss in a little while. I am starting to feel like this time I may actually stick with it. I am eating the healthiest foods I have ever had in my entire life and I am enjoying the change. I didn't realize how much my body craved fresh, non-processed foods. Almost forgot to post today, my hubby had the day off and been enjoying family time.

34.6lbs!! That's the equivalent of a small child. well done people! I'm looking forward to seeing what the final combined weight-loss will be.
Congratulations to the biggest losers! Those are some very impressive losses!
I am waiting til Saturday for my official weight but currently at 232.6. so almost down three. I have upped my walking. I plan on signing up for a 5k for thanksgiving day at our hospital. I currently walk 3 miles in an hour, not great but plan on trying to start a running program tomorrow.
Its nice to be back to normal after last week. Of course the normal ends tonight, we are packed and ready for a trip tomorrow to a local state park for the weekend. Yay!
My big, ugly salad is made and ready to keep me on plan when I'm feeling peckish. I just shred up a bit of everything and toss it around in a giant ziplock bag. Because of the cabbage and beet it looks a little suspect in the fridge. Ha! No one will be taking any of my salad.
I throw it in a bowl, toss on some tomato, feta, a protein and some homemade dressing and it is an awesome meal.
Friday is my weigh-in day: 147.2, so a loss of 2.6 for the week, some of which is the loss I should have had last week. So I'm happy! Still on the right track, no adjustments necessary yet.
After being up pretty much all week because of water weight (no idea why, never held on to water like that before) I'm down to 308.8 as of this morning!
A loss is a loss... I'll take it! Next week I'll be taking my monthly measurements and I can tell the way my clothes are fitting that I've lost inches. Can't wait to see the numbers there - much more pleasing to me than the scale.
