As to be expected after such a large weight loss last week I got a small one this week. Which is just fine with me, I don't want to lose it too fast. I am terrified of extra skin, hoping if I take it slow and steady it will minimize the amount.

The biggest losers this week are:
cherriloos- 4.4
Jenn h with 2.9 lbs
mrs snark with 2.6
clean cowgirl 2.6
mzshaunna 2.42

We lost 17.72 lbs this week as a team who posted and over the last 2 weeks we lost 45.02. These are the members who have posted both weeks.

We are doing awesome! So keep doing what you are doing. Important to note even if you have a bad week post. It makes you accountable to yourself and when you quit posting you will find you going back to old habits.

Well I've only lost 1 pound this week (CW 307.8). I'm hoping that is because I'm smack in the middle of TOM and retaining water.... Well at least I lost something, it was starting to look like I was going to be up this week.

These weekly weigh-ins are not good for my mental health!!!!!!

I felt so great this week. I can tell my clothes are fitting looser. I had a personal best on my running time. And then I get on the stupid scale and see a 1lb gain. I have been losing & gaining the same 2 freaking pounds for 3 weeks! Grrrrrr!!!! However, I did take my measurements this morning and since last month I've lost 1.25 inches on my ribcage/bra band area, 1 inch on my waist, and 1.125 inches on my hips. At least I can SEE those true measurements that I am getting smaller.

I only lost a pound as well. I went up this week then down to 231.5. Just keep at it sometimes the body needs to reset it self especially after a big loss. Even if you have a gain the fact you are just pushing through is worth a big pat on the back!

Hello everybody!! I cant believe its been two weeks since I have posted on this tread. Ooops! Ok so I started this challenge at

Sept 1 ~ 241.7
Sept 6 ~ 240.5
Sept 13~ 241.7
Sept 20~ 238.6!!!

Thats 3.1 pounds since the start of this challenge only 18.6 pounds to go till 220! EEKK!!
