Unfortunately, both my son and I got sick this week. I feel off the diet wagon , not terribly so, just couldn't exercise and I indulged in a couple cravings to lift my sick mood. I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose any either. I suppose I had a big week last week too, so I would normally have gotten a low number anyway.
That's okay teeni thanks for reporting in. This week coming up is our last week. New challenge starts Monday the 28th for thanks giving. It is only 4 weeks.
My carbs have been creeping up and my body swells immediately. Darn those carbs! Tonight I should have my mega salad prepped and chicken poached, ready for several days of lower carb eating. Yum yum!
So after a completely insane few weeks which included getting a job, fighting with my bf, getting an apartment, going on a mini beach vacation (aka pigged out) made up with bf and, just recently, bf losing his job I really didn't think I would make my goal by Halloween. I'd been up by 5 pounds 2 weeks ago then finally went back down to 304.6 last week. Well to my great surprise this week I've not only lost weight but I'm under my 300 pound goal!!!!!!
CW 299.4.......I'm in the two hundreds for the first time in probably 10 years. I literally screamed when I saw the scale. There may also have been dancing.
Thanks! I think for the first time I've also noticed that Im looking smaller. I can finally point stuff out and say ok my hips are definitely smaller and the ugly fat pockets (as I lovingly refer to them as) on the backs of my thighs are smoother!
My last weigh-in for this challenge. I didn't make my goal but I continue to creep in the right direction. I was happy to see 185 for a couple days and thought I lost more but 186 it is. On to the next challenge. It's been fun!
