and here goes day 5 at 173.8..... 2 pounds. I need 2 pounds to go 'bye-bye' to meet my goal. 171.8 Come on body, give it up! I'm working you hard and feeding you right, you can do it!!!
I will not make goal this month...ugh. This just sucks!!!! But I have only myself to blame. This past week has been a complete fail. I did ok food wise but I didn't exercise! and I relapsed on the smoking...I feel like a failure. But I'm going to start again.
I'm going to wrap up the month of May with a 5 lbs weight loss and 3 lbs away from goal. I'm going to sign up for the June challenge now.

Well, not what I expected, but due to a leg injury, better something rather than nothing. I had a 2 pound weight loss this month! Maybe I can get in the 180's sometime in June!
