  • I'm in too. I didn't come close to my goal last month, but I'm recommitting myself to this whole weight loss thing. I've been stuck in the 160's for way too long & losing .4 pounds a month just ain't going to cut it.

    I'm going to try like heck to lose 4 pounds this month, which will put my weight down to 162.4.

  • Thanks Bg124! Sounds like you are doing a great job as well. Like you said, progress is progress, no matter how big or small...I'm happy with just that as well. on the big loss though. Regardless of what it is, take it and be proud. You are doing awesome!!! And to all the new additions!
  • Grr, gotta get my act together. I've had 3 days with way too many calories and TOM isn't helping :/ Will do my best to get back down!

  • I'm on my way back down from TOM, but still above where my starting weight is. My official WI day is Saturday, so I'm hoping to see a good loss. I've been pretty good on my exercising, but still need to make more improvements on my eating. I'm trying to plan my meals better & do some shopping over the weekend.
