    Start weight: 140.2 lbs
    Goal weight: 134.2 lbs

    Total loss for the month of May: 6 lbs // 1.5 lbs a week

    Thanks guys, this whoosh is long overdue! This past couple of months have fallen in the pattern of stall for two weeks then a decent whoosh. I'd prefer a more slow and steady pattern, but I'll take what I can get.

  • I had my whoosh this week! 3 more pounds till I reach my May goal! I'm excited!
    Staying on plan hasn't been too hard, it's the exercise that's killing me. I'm trying to run, and man that is hard. I just get so out of breath so easy! But I'm going to keep going. I ran more yesterday than the day before...so today I'll see if I can go even further without stopping!

  • Woot! Down 3.0 this week! A far cry from last week when I gained a pound. I was so upset last week when I got home from weight watchers I cried. Hopefully I'll woosh my way into June.

  • And, just that fast, my weight is back up again. I'm going to choose to believe that it will come off just as quickly if I follow my plan today. It's a good plan.

  • bg124 Belated thank you! If I check in on Wednesday, I usually don't check the whole thread.

    I weighed myself last Wednesday, but I have no idea of what is my real weight I have two digital scales. The old one fluctuated anything between 202.4 ad 202.7, while the new one said 101.7. There was always 0.5 kilo difference, but I don't know anymore. I suspect the new one is closer to the truth, since my trousers have become very baggy, but I don't know. I also don't have the faintest idea about which scale is closer to the one in the nutritionist office as I forgot to check that when I was there

    I am sticking with 102.4 kilos, as I prefer things to be harder.

    So, progress:
    May 1st: 103.3 kilos
    May 8th: 102.7 kilos
    May 15th: 102.4 kilos?

    In other news, despite losing weight, I have been unable to get new clothes, because my country sucks at big sizes, and the store that always get big jeans has decided to only bring skinny or super skinny, low rise jeans T_T Unhappy doesn't even describe how I was feeling.
