I'm kind of late getting our compilation list of goals up this month, but here it is! Let me know if I messed anything up. And welcome, everyone! It's great to have you along for the first month of 2013!

So, 1st week down. I got to the gym 4x for the first week in Jan. I was aiming for 6 but I got my period early on this month and I've been fighting a rough cold, so I am happy with what I got in.

Hopefully this week, I will get in 6 days at the gym.

I'm in on this one. I'm new to 3FC, but I'm determined.

Goal: 560 minutes for the month.

January Goals:
*2 "take a lap around the building" 8-10 minute walks at work Mon-Fri
*3x/week 20-30 minute walk with my husband (or daughter) (or alone)

Totals (4 weeks)
4 * 5 * 16 = 320 minutes
4 * 3 * 20 = 240 minutes

Jan 1-6: <before I started>

Jan 7: 39 minutes: 17 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 8: 17 minutes at work
Jan 9: 40 minutes: 18 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH

Good Morning Everyone

I am a little late joining but I have been keeping track of my excerise and this is a major part of my weight loss plan so I would like to join.
My goal is to exercise 6 days a week

1
2 - Jogged 30 Minutes, weights
3 - Curled
4 - Jogged 30 Minutes, Weights, Shovel snow
5 - House Work
6 - Jogging 30 Minutes, Weight lifting, Played hockey
7 - Jogging 31 Minutes, Weight lifting
Week 1 Goal Met
