So, 1st week down. I got to the gym 4x for the first week in Jan. I was aiming for 6 but I got my period early on this month and I've been fighting a rough cold, so I am happy with what I got in.
Hopefully this week, I will get in 6 days at the gym.

*2 "take a lap around the building" 8-10 minute walks at work Mon-Fri
*3x/week 20-30 minute walk with my husband (or daughter) (or alone)
I am a little late joining but I have been keeping track of my excerise and this is a major part of my weight loss plan so I would like to join.
My goal is to exercise 6 days a week
