Ugh, I'm so moody today.
It seems like I'm not going to make my goal of 199 by New Year's. I'm 2 lbs away and the scale seems to be stuck (or broken?
). I could be retaining water because I haven't been drinking water for the past several days. But who knows if that's the problem?
I'm going to try not to worry about it. I'm simply not ready to plateau out. Not when goal is 42 lbs away. My right ribcage is really bothering me though. It's hard to get a good workout in when 1/2 my back, side and front is in pain. I can't even sleep properly.
Well enough complaining. Perhaps the cold and the complete lack of sunlight is getting to me. I gotta get out of this funk.
