One the 17th (Monday) I can begin working out again, and planning to kick it into high gear with the cardio. Hope to lose 5 pounds the first week! Would love to be 219 for Xmas! (-6 pounds). Ultimate goal for the 3 weeks I am not in classes and gyming every day is to lose 10 pounds overall. I have a good workout plan for the 3 weeks - cardio, strength training, and some dog walking - so low impact - so super excited to be home on Monday and back in the gym! I feel like it's my natural habitat
