I seem to back on track. I am down almost 2lbs this week. 1.8 but I rounded up. LOL. I hope everyone is having a great week. December and January were not great months for me. I am trying to get back on track. I have 14lbs more to go to get to my goal. I am not sure I will make it by the first day of spring but I will try.

Lishar, 2 lbs is great, and thanks for posting. Yeah, the winter is hard, I am just getting over my hibernation urge.
We are getting kind of slow. So I am down again to 212lbs. I have 13lbs to lose to reach my goal. I just looked at my ticker and I have less weight to lose than I have already lost. SO past halfway. That is exciting to me at least especially when I had 105 to lose when I started.
I am down to 211. I had been going down .2 every time. THen I had a huge water gain and was able to get that off. My rings are still a bit tight so I will work on my water intake again today.
Where is everyone? We still have several more weeks to make our goal. I have 12 lbs left to lose in 4 more weeks. I am probably not going to make it but I will still try.
Mountain Momma I hope you feel better. Its bad this year. We were hit in December.
I am down another .6lbs. Drip and drops but it all adds up. Its nice seeing 210. I am getting closer. I was looking at myself in the mirror and I see a difference. Its hard sometimes because you see yourself everyday and change is slow. I am really liking how I look now which is really strange but nice.

You may not see as much difference in your own room, with your regular mirror. But betcha when you catch a glimpse of yourself in a store window or public restroom mirror you'll be thinking, whoa, who is THAT ???

I went up a few pounds over the weekend. Little exercise and eating out. Eating out is where I gain a lot of water weight. Well I need to get back to my walking and keep my salt under control. I am trying to drink my water to flush. I am sure I won't make my goal but thats ok. I tried and I have lost weight.

I've been pretty much non-existent on this site lately. I was bummed out because I hit a mean plateau that lasted the entire month of February. So as it stands, I won't make goal either.
Weighed in today at 188.5 lbs. Most likely won't lose 8.5 lbs in 13 days. But if I can get down to 185 (or less) I'll be happy with that.

Learning, oh I hear you on the plateau thing. I did the exact same thing last month, weighed 204 all of February and ended bailing out on this thread and a few others. I figured what was the point when I knew I wouldn't reach my goal. Can't even remember what my goal was for this challenge, have to look it up. But if I can reach Onederland I'll be thrilled. Weighed in at 202.4 this morning, hoping that "stall" has left the building!
I found it.....had to go back and dig around for it. My goal was to hit 190 by Spring but that isn't going to happen since I stalled out all of February. So my new goal is to reach Onederland! Today I am currently 202.4

Onederland would be pretty impressive - 3 more pounds! Even if you don't reach that by Mar 21 - you've still lost over 75 lbs, which is awesome!

Yeah, it's a friggin' ghost town in here. And I can't help but feel that it's because none of us are making our goal here. LOL
Well at least we are in good company. Weighed in at 185.3 today. It's the lowest I've been in... heck I don't know 8... 9 years? Won't lose 5 lbs in 7 days but maybe I can lose 2lbs? And I really hope that I don't gain.
What I really want is to take a bite out of those 170s.
Will this thread end on March 20th? Are we starting a new thread with a new goal on the 21st? I'm in that Goal By The First Day of Summer thread. I'm not going to make goal by then either most likely... lol. But I want to keep this group going after the first day of Spring.
