I will be weighing tomorrow... I hope to have lost and not gained my 2lbs back. I have been on TOM for about 8-9 days(I normally have it every once in awhile and it can stay for a month straight)

I hope yall are having a good Monday... We are finally getting some rain. I have to be up late trying to get all my school work done and turned in by 8 in the morning.

Back from vacation. Boy was it nice. We hiked, biked, climbed up and down mountains to see waterfalls. It was all very peaceful and beautiful. I brought back about 4 pounds with me. OOPS!!! Well back to the normal grind for me. Trying to find the gumption to get out and walk.

Temps were over 100 degrees while we were gone. Low 80's now. gonna start to climb again though. I better take advantage of the nice weather.

Got a 2 mile walk/jog in yesterday. Need to do it again today. It is cool here this morning so I better get at it.

Mini goal- to be in the 170's before school starts again. Help me be accountable. 187.4 today. YIKES!!

It's been the week from ****!

Friday night YS fell from a deck at his work, broke both wrists. Saturday AM had to take him for xrays etc while trying to finish prep for 90th Birthday party.

Monday had to take Dad's (same one who turned 90) very old dog to be put to sleep. (Dog was at least 17, they adopted it 16 years ago and it was an adult then) Then last night I stood up while at an inspection for a house I am selling and split my head open when I hit the electrical box cover. Not my week!!

Getting my sh&t together though, cause wallowing in it is helping no one, including me.

mavis Hope things calm down for you and sorry its all been such a mess. Maybe this weekend you'll get a break and get to take a nice hike or something

mindy you can do it! great job on the jog, keep it up!

So I've had like a streak of amazing eating days in a row. I have no idea how. Maybe something has finally clicked in me? Slowly I've been able to do more days in a row, but so far I've done 8 good days. And my exercise has been good....hmmmm...I've started eating even more clean eliminating pretty much anything I don't make myself(except for vegan cheese haha). And I've been eating a bit less on the carbs. I just hope the scale rewards me!

Oh its been a nasty heat wave here....108 yesterday. Ugh it like never gets above 100. I feel like I'm back in Palm Springs...

MM I hate when I have a week like that. Just remember..it can only get better from here. Hope your son is alright. Did you need stitches?? ouch!!!

Dott- sometimes things just go right. If we were perfect all the time..what would we have to aim for???

I am getting outside to do some weeding...before it gets too hot. After our week of 100 temps (which I missed while on vacay ) it is headed for the upper 90's this weekend and next week. What is up with this retched heat???

Dott- Good thing you like zucchini. The only way I will eat it is hidden in bread. I am not a veggie person.

Gonna go walk this morning before the heat of the day. Scale is stuck..and it aint pretty. Have some shopping to do today and a wedding tomorrow. Busy weekend. I have been getting some yard work done. Good feeling.

See ya all tomorrow!!
