WI today and a big nothing lost since last week. I'm starting to feel like a broken record making excuses for not losing/not losing enough. It gets so discouraging, but I'm not giving up.

Been busy pounding the pavement, so to speak. And the weather has been beautiful, so been spending a lot of time outside (o: The dogs are loving all the time at the parks!
4 more weeks and I can start working on losing again (o: I am actually getting a bit antsy for that. I really expected to have a lot more difficult time maintaining what I had already lost. I mean I remember how easily I seemed to gain weight initially... I hope this bodes well for my future (o:

Hi everybunny!
Well, the Slim Fast plan was a joke. One week of starvation basically and STILL the same weight. Back to protein and veggies. At least I wasn't hungry doing that.
I will be back tomorrow to set up the next challenge, so don't forget to look for it.
Sorry so short a vist. It was a busy day and I'm beat, so I'm hitting the hay early.
Good morning everyone. I was pleasantly surprised this morning at my weigh-in and was down .5. I know that isn't alot, but considering my horrible eating this weekend I will take it and run!!! I am happy to see everyone sticking with their plans and continuing with all their hard work. It sure is nice to know I have a place to come to where everyone understands the ups and downs of weight loss!!
I am continuing with my walking almost everyday. I do 2 miles at lunch and then in the evenings I do another 3 1/2 miles, which includes doing C25K. I started week 4 this week and think I might be there for awile. Then I try to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred at least 3-4 times a week. I told myself if I can successfully complete this video I will treat myself to her new body revolution workout.
I hope everyone has a pleasant Easter weekend. I am looking forward to the next challenge!!!
So excited for this challenge to end and a new one to begin. I think it's great that we all have worked hard thus far this year. Let's keep each other motivated and uplifted.
Hope to see you all join over there. Even though I didn't do well this challenge, I'm gearing myself up for the next one and not setting my goal weight for that one too low.

WOO! Got on the scale this morning and I weighed 162. I made it to my goal of 10 pounds! These are my first 10 (well, first 11 really,) and I know the first 10 tends to come off easiest, and I won't always have losses like this, but for now I am celebrating! For a long time I didn't think it was gonna happen.
Congrats to those of you who made progress, met your goals, or (like Jen) blasted them out of the water! And to those of you who didn't make much progress as you'd like, I'll see you over at the July 4th challenge, where we will amp it up and conquer those goals together. (Thanks for setting that up, Sandy!) Thanks for the support over the last month and a half, ladies!
