Default Happy Sunday All!

Hope everyone had a great week. Although if it hasn't been your finest week, today starts a new day and a new week.

I had a good week which certainly redeemed me from last. I still got together with friends yesterday, however stayed in, only had one drink (a lil amaretto in my coffee), and ate boston market. chose the turkey breast over the chicken, sides of garlicky spinach *YUM, and steamed veggies...and no cornbread. Very proud of myself.

Anyway, had a great loss this week of 6.8lbs. WOOHOO! I see a difficult week coming up though. My hubby and I have reserations for dinner on Valentine's Day and I am getting together with my family this upcoming weekend. My family gatherings are always associated with beer or sangria, pizza, snacking...ugghh. i will be packing my own food, which they are used to, but it will just be a matter of strength and sticking to my plan. I have all week to stay on plan and will make it easier not to give in on sat and sun.

My goal for this week will be 266. Here is to a great week and getting closer to our goals.

2/5 - 277.6 (+3lbs)
2/12 - 270.8 (-6.8lbs)

Very disappointed. All I can do is be grateful I didn't gain and keep it moving. Thanks Motivatedbride for the words of encouragement. ladysheets you were right Congratulations Motivatedbride! Way to bounce back! I have my work cut out for me this week. I am still sick, but I am going to have to work through it.

OMG i was up 2.5 pounds today. makes me so sad. I didnt think i did that bad to gain that much! Im blaming the beer on superbowl sunday!

well here is were i pick up and march forward for a LOSS for next week!

How discouraging it is to see that on the scale! 252.5

Ladysheets - Sorry to hear about your gain this week. I completely understand the disappointment since I was in your shoes just last week. I am confident though that you will make a strong comeback this next week

Happy Monday everyone! I know some of you participating have different weigh in days, however looks like only 3 of us checked in since yesterday for the Sunday weigh in. I hope we didn't lose anyone the last week or so. Either way, I hope everyone is doing well and had a successful week.

I have tons of energy today but I am just hoping not to crash this afternoon. Have a few errands to run after work which means I probably won't get home until 7:30 or 8 so it will be a light dinner for me. I am thinking some broiled tilapia and some steamed veggies. Or maybe some shrimp cocktail....yum. I got my workout in this morning which is great since I probably won't get to workout later.

I hope everyone is starting off their week strong and setting the tone for the rest of the week!

Ladysheets- way to go on the water aerobics. what i wouldn't give to be in a pool right now.

I couldn't get myself out of bed this morning. I keep getting cramps in my right calf. I hardly slept because of it. I am so bummed now since I have dinner tonight with my hubby and not enough time between work and dinner or after dinner to get a workout in. I really hope I stay strong when looking at the menu tonight too. The food is so good there and not the kind of place you order a salad you know? Hopefully they have one not so bad choice for dinner.

Anyway, good luck everyone whatever your plans are today. If your day includes a special meal with that special valentine, or maybe some valentine's goodies, just remember to love yourself as much and make good choices for YOU. And if you end up splurging today, just make better choices tomorrow. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
