Hope everyone had a great week. Although if it hasn't been your finest week, today starts a new day and a new week.
I had a good week which certainly redeemed me from last. I still got together with friends yesterday, however stayed in, only had one drink (a lil amaretto in my coffee), and ate boston market. chose the turkey breast over the chicken, sides of garlicky spinach *YUM, and steamed veggies...and no cornbread. Very proud of myself.
Anyway, had a great loss this week of 6.8lbs. WOOHOO!

I see a difficult week coming up though. My hubby and I have reserations for dinner on Valentine's Day and I am getting together with my family this upcoming weekend. My family gatherings are always associated with beer or sangria, pizza, snacking...ugghh. i will be packing my own food, which they are used to, but it will just be a matter of strength and sticking to my plan. I have all week to stay on plan and will make it easier not to give in on sat and sun.
My goal for this week will be 266. Here is to a great week and getting closer to our goals.
