About four days ago, I made a commitment to drink 2-3 liters (quarts) of water per day. Yup! With our body's being over 70% water (that IS hard to believe), I really want to be consistent and see how all this water will contribute to my weight loss and health. I'll keep you updated!
I just started using the treadmill. I want to be able to actually run ... as in 2-3 miles straight. Anyone else walk or run regularly or want to?
