Tontus - almost there! what is .6 lbs anyway?
After a big loss last week, I didn't expect anything this week and I was right; I gained .6. I also started my period today so that also explains no loss.
I almost made goal. Well, the Easter goal. -2.6 lbs this week. I am back on Atkins full force. So this week's loss was probably a lot of water. I am losing some inches, but I do think this was mostly water. We'll see next week.
Congrats Tontus and MzMoMo - we'll get there, we will. All I know is that this time this WILL be permanent. I am done yo yo-ing and going through this.
