    loss has definitely slowed since i started strength training!

  • Weighing in today since i wont be able to tomorrow. Im very happy to say i lost 2.5 pounds this week! so far since we started the challenge i have lost 9.5 pounds slow goin but it is goin !!!

    This challenge has helped me stay motivated and on track ~~
  • I really don't understand why I only lost one pound this week. No cheat days. I even added a day to my workout. Mon- Sat. this week. I am not happy with one pound but I won't give up! 11lbs. down so far for this challenge. Great job to everyone! A Loss is definitely better than a gain! Slow and steady wins the race!

  • I almost made goal. Well, the Easter goal. -2.6 lbs this week. I am back on Atkins full force. So this week's loss was probably a lot of water. I am losing some inches, but I do think this was mostly water. We'll see next week.

    Congrats Tontus and MzMoMo - we'll get there, we will. All I know is that this time this WILL be permanent. I am done yo yo-ing and going through this.

  • fell off over the weekend
    Had some stresses last week that turned into carb city which turned into no lose which turned into stresses t yhis week. Time to refocues I know i won't meet my 20lb goal by Vegas (April 16th) so I am now gonig for 180..hope everyone is having a great week
  • Ladysheets ~ I am just counting calories and exercising. I eat around 1600 calories a day(somedays less) and I am Sweatin' to the oldies 6x a week.

  • Hi Girls,
    looks like a half pound for me this week. ive had a lot of stress last couple days with a dear friend going to the ER, Makes me wanna eat the house down when i get worried or stressed.awful. I know what im doing when i do it but keep on doing it anyway. Bad girl i know.

    anyway. im happy considering the week i had. a loss is a loss !
