Lindsy, can you adopt me as your second mommy? Pleeeeease!!! I hate cooking and your wonderful pictures always make my mouth water. That looks so scrumptious!

Tab, you will be at goal in no time. It must be so thrilling to be that close. I can still remember than feeling the few times I reached goal in my life. Love it!

Minoja, that's the great thing about low carb diets...they take away those cravings for carbs in just a few days. Good luck to you!

I just got done with my Cardio Callanetics workout (better late then never, right?) and I loved it! The time just flew by with it.

I'm glad you did your workout! Youw ill be in onderland in no time!!

I'm having a BIG ol'e issue at work. So but the end of the week I will still have a job or not. I'm not sure at this point. So, let the stress begin! Wonderful.

Anyway, lucky me, when I get stressed I don't eat. Maybe my scale will like that. I feel like I'm 2 steps from breaking down. I don't know what to do at this point. Ugh. I'm gonna go to bed, and work it out at the gym tomorrow.

Cheated the day before yesterday...for my niece's Birthday...thankfully didn't gain anything back but weight is at a complete stand still since then. Back on track and hoping to start burning that fat again! 5 pounds to go until Halloween...

Hi Lindsy. I'm so sorry to hear you're going through stress, and are worried about your job. That really sucks. Please take care of yourself, get sleep, be kind to yourself. Your health and well-being come first. Even if you lose the job, you will find another. Definitely work it out at the gym, and what happens will happen, at least you'll be closer to a stronger and healthier you!

And good luck, minoja75! You'll definitely scare those last 5 by Halloween!

Oh, Linsdy, I'm sorry you are having concerns with your job. I hope everything works out for you. Please try to eat a little something, though, to keep your strength up and your metabolism revved. (((HUGS)))

Minoja, I'm proud of you for getting back on track after going off your diet. Just about everyone falls off the wagon, but it takes a dedicated person to put a cheat day behind them, brush themselves off and more forward. Good for you!!

Yesterday I did my Callanetics Evolution (the 30-minute version, and I'll call it Evo for short from now on). I love it even more than the cardio one. I am slightly sore today even though I only followed the intermediate woman. I can't wait until I can do the whole workout following the advanced woman.

AND...DADADADAAAAAA...I lost another pound!!! I'm so close to onederland that I can't help but weigh myself daily now. I'm being super diligent with my diet and workouts now. Just 1.5 more pounds and I'll have reached my Halloween goal weight. Maybe I'll cut off all my hair. LOL It's tempting though!

Tab, Sandy- Thanks for the kind words. It has been one heck of a week. I have forced myself to eat, I know it will hurt my body more than help if I were to stop eatting all together.

I still have a job.. for now. Ugh. I hate not knowing what is happing.

I have some good news. 1. My job isn't in the air anymore. Wee! 2. I got another job offer anyway at a different company. woowoo!

I have been OP 9999% thanks to stress! It felt like that was the one thing I could control. I plan on keeping it that way.

I was weighing everything and calculating every morsel. Its TOM so hopefully when it's over the lb's will WHOOOOSH off!

I hope everyone is doing okay! Check in people I worry about y'all!!

Time for bed! Gonna go for a run before work tomorrow.

Yay Lindsy! So are you going to take that other job? Better pay? Less hours? I hope you answer yes to all those questions. And good girl staying on plan!!!

I've also been doing very good with my eating and am down another half pound, with only a pound to lose to not only be in onederland but to meet my Halloween goal. I'd be in Heaven to come a pound or two below my Halloween goal on the 31st, but I shouldn't get ahead of myself.

I'm off to do Callanetics Evo. Hope everyone is keeping their hands out of the Halloween candy.

Another half pound gone this morning! I'm smack dab at 200 pounds; on the cusp of onederland. Gotta keep busy today so I can burn as many calories as possible. If I am lucky enough to see 199.5 or less tomorrow morning, you won't have to wait to read about it here because you'll be able to hear my screams of delight from around the world. LOL

You guys would have been sooo proud of me yesterday. I went to the first of my siter's two Halloween parties...and did not touch one morsel of delicious-looking food. And, OMG, there was so much of it. I hated seeing my sister, whom I have mentioned had the high blood sugar issue a few months back, eating so much of the sweet goodies that were loaded on the pool table.

It was a pot-luck Halloween party that her high school senior son was throwing for his film academy friends and, being kids, they all brought sweets. My sister made some pasta, my mom a salad (the only healthy item on the table, but I still held back from eating it because it was late) and the film teachers brought pizza and KFC. Other than that, everything else was cookies, cakes, brownies, pudding, marshmallow treats, etc... In other words...pure junk. Funny how a few months ago I would have dove head first into that table the minute I walked into the door. But now, even though it all looked pretty, I really wasn't tempted by it. Ron and I made sure to have some healthy BBQ (no sauce) chicken and grilled green peppers and onions before we left and that really helped us with the temptation.

So that's a big reason I was rewarded this morning with that half pound loss. Like they say: All good things come to those who wait. Or, in my case, those who keep their hands off the Rice Krispy treats.

So, come on, my Ghoulfriends ! We've got exactly 8 more days until Halloween. Let's pull out all the stops and give it everything we've got.

I'm so flippin excited for you!!!

So this morning, I get a text from a guy that has been ignoring me for the past 5 months. And then an ex texts me later in the day! What is going on??!?! AHHH Boys suck!

Anyway. I hit the gym before the kicked me out. They close at 2 on sundays, and I got up at 1. EEEK. So i did that, came home, ate then went to the park. Ran a mile around the lake, did pushups on the benches, abs. And did 50 yard dash's.

I thought my legs were gonna fall off when I was sprinting. you sprint as FAST as you can to the marker, jog back, and do it all over again 5 times. I almost died. haha I serisouly felt like my legs were gonna come out from under me. haha

Been eatting nothin but veggies and fruit all day.. Except the oatmeal.

This mornin I was 165.2 I Want/NEED to be at 164 tomorrow. I havt seen that low in AGES!!

So...did you ladies hear that very special alarm clock this morning that sounded like some crazed woman had just hit the Lottery?!? That was ME seeing Onederland for the first time in ages and reaching my Halloween weight loss goal one week early!!! I can guarantee you that I will be on all day long.


Lindsy, right back attcha with feeling excited for you. You work so hard and deserve to have that weight loss, and I'll be rooting for you to see that 164 tomorrow morning, too.


I hope to hear from the rest of you guys soon. I worry about you all if you don't post for a few days.

Only one more week and counting...let's bring it on home!
