I've been really active the last 6-7months so hopefully the Dr will give me the okay to get in some activity. So I will be back next month I hope don't want to gain to trillion pounds like last time :lol: I did surpass my cardio goal by 111minutes whoo!! awesome!! |

July goal: 600 minutes of exercise. Total so far: 596 minutes. OH MAN! I'm in the home stretch now! Only four more minutes and I've hit goal! How do you adjust your goals for each new month? I'm thinking about seeing how many minutes I end up doing by the end of July, then tacking on an additional 100 or more minutes to my goal for August. |
