As for me, another day down. Tomorrow is my mid month weighin! I'm excited but I'm also trying not to get my hopes to high for an awesome number. My hamstrings have been really sore the last two days so I might have a little water weight because of that.. I also think I might have been a bit dehydrated on my May 1st weighin so I might not see as low a number tomorrow as I'd like. Any loss is a good thing so I'm going to try not to beat myself up too much if it's not as good as I'd like. I've had a great first half of the month so I really can't complain.

Hubby didn't get home until 10am Sat morning, and had only gotten an hour of sleep, so he slept most of Sat, but then we had a nice night of movies and spaghetti to celebrate his promotion. Good news is he won't have to take these unscheduled trips anymore! Dad is coming over today to help with the plumbing.
Good news, I lost a few lbs this week, bad news is I'm back to where I was before TOM!

Evening ladies! Well it was a good day. For my weighin I am down 6.4lbs. =) Super happy. I've been reading some stuff about carb refeeds and how they can help boost weightloss so I decided what the heck and upped my carb intake a bit today. Back to the regularly scheduled program tomorrow.

Well its monday im back to work.. usually mondays and wed are the worst for me. I get hit hard at work.. But i brought my work out clothes down, and im planning on doing a mile on the treadmill when i get home!

morning everyone! yesterday was super busy, so i didn't have time to check in. but because of the wedding shower and going out to dinner with my fiance last night since i hadn't seen him in several weeks, i didn't really count anything either... anyway, back on plan today!
Friday - Yep being a southern girl, I like grits too. I love to put a slice of RF cheese in it and sometimes I'll add some bacon bits or have it with canadian bacon or rf pork bacon and it is a very filling breakfast. I hope you had a better day yesterday. Hang in there.
