Well I changed diet plans on November 29, and even though I set my goal at 11lbs (reach 349lbs) I seem to be losing weight SO quickly, as at the start of any new plan. Alot of water weight has been coming off so I may need to adjust my goal. However I had an OP day today (The plan I'm on recommends one 'free' day per week to limit stalls) So I very well might gain tomorrow. See how I go.

Bobbi-I see you're already down to 128. Great job!
Focused Lani-That's excellent that you're seeing great results! Remember not to overdo it on your free day. It can be a good thing if you need to not feel deprived, but on the flip side, you don't want to undo good habits. Let me know if you do decide to change goals.
TERAPET-How was today? 1400 is quite a total for one meal, but I know what you mean. I could've easily done that on any given day before I changed my habits. In fact, I'll probably do it at my grandma's Christmas this weekend...but it's once a year, so I'm allowed.
Today was good. I went over on calories as we had friends over and I made a special homemade lasagna and she brought some delicious Scandinavian cookies for dessert. I will be drinking lots of water tonight! Hope to see more posting this week....we've been a quiet bunch so far!
Here I am! Sorry to be late to the party. I am starting this month off horribly, with birthday celebrations, two Christmas parties, a wedding out of town, and a road trip. I started out on the 1st at 149.2, and yesterday before driving out of town to the wedding I weighed 151.2! Granted it was way way earlier than my regular weigh-in time, but I have not been tracking my food at all, and I am eating and drinking like I don't need to worry about it. I didn't get my regular exercise in either, so I'm terrified at what the scales may tell me in the morning.
I think my goal for December is going to be to reach 147, although I really just feel like I want to get back below 150 and stay there. Man alive, my will power is being so elusive--I am so impressed with those of you losing right now!
Today was a bit of a struggle. All I wanted to do was eat, eat, eat. Fortunately I was able to control myself for the most part and stayed within my calories. I still had a lot more carbs than I would have preferred, but that seemed to be what I was craving most. I can tell TOM is coming any day now. Which would also explain the small jump on the scale this morning.
Kinda feel bad tonight. I did well during all day and then ate 1400 calories at dinner time! Ugh. This is how I used to eat all the time. I cannot go back to that. Oh well, it was just one day right? Back on the horse tomorrow.
I eat more at dinner and after as well. You're right though, back on the horse!
Bought some root beer with Truvia last weekend, unfortunately I had really bad headaches starting on Friday. I'm very sensitive to chemicals. I'm just gonna have to go cold turkey!
Lost another 1.6 pounds this week! That brings my weight loss to a total of 8 pounds since I started. I'm currently at 200 pounds. I know I can keep this forward progress going.
