I would like to join this challenge. I hope it's OK that I don't have a goal for lbs lost. I'm trying to focus on exercise and health vs weight loss. My goal for the month of December:
1. No sugary sodas.
2. 600 minutes of exercise
3. Stretching/lower back exercises EVERY night.
Thanks for allowing me to join this thread. I look forward to talking to everyone!
Just a Reminder: I'll only be including weightloss/health goals in this thread's goal list. We have a sister thread here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chic...challenge.html to keep track of exercise related goals
Both aspects are important, so please feel free to join both threads!

I forgot to state my December goals. I'm so absent-minded sometimes! My goals are:
1. To reach and maintain 141 lbs (repeat from last month)
2. To log food and calories (with a few grace days)
3. Read one health/diet book (another repeat goal)
OK, I'm in for a small, attainable goal of 5lbs for the month of December. I work nights so weight loss is a bit of an extra challenge. Then, just to make the holiday season a bit more stressful we're moving the week between Christmas and New Years
December Challenge: Lose 4 pounds (beginning wt. 132) November 30 1. Post my daily calories: 1,035 2. Post my weight daily: 132 3. 40 grams or more fiber: 41 g Dec 1st 1. calories: 2. weight 131 3. fiber:
Well, December has arrived! It seriously doesn't feel like a year has gone by since the last December rolled around. And soon it will be a new year!
The scale teetered between 171.8 and 172.4 this morning, but I know it's going to fluctuate up soon with TOM coming in about a week. I can't believe I'm so close 60 pounds lost.
Happy December ladies! I'm a little nervous about the start of the month. Today is my anniversary and we are going out to a fabulous restaurant. There's only 1 vegetarian meal on the menu and it really doesn't look that healthy. So we'll see how it goes. I'm only .6lbs away from losing 60lbs, hopefully I can change my avatar by the end of the week.
Between Hanukkah and a week's vacation I know I have to be realistic in my goals.
I plan to drop another 6 lbs. by New Year's, putting me at 165.
I plan to get back to drinking at least 64 - 80 oz. water per day.
